1. Acceptance

By creating an account, buying credits or otherwise using TayaproFetch, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are acting for yourself, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TayaproFetch retrieves, indexes, structures and delivers publicly reachable web content: page retrieval (scrape), site traversal (crawl and map), search over our index, AI extraction, research agents, monitoring, stored datasets, APIs and SDKs. Usage is metered in credits, purchased as one-time packs or included with a monthly plan.

3. Your account

• Keep your credentials and API keys confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate registration and billing information, and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at support@tayaprofetch.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use TayaproFetch to:

• break any law, regulation or third-party right, including copyright, database and privacy rights;
• commit fraud, send spam, or harvest personal data without a lawful basis;
• retrieve content you are not permitted to retrieve, bypass paywalls, logins, rate limits, CAPTCHAs or robots directives, or ignore a site owner's withdrawal of consent;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service or any target site — malware, probing, denial of service, or excessive load;
• resell or redistribute the service itself, reverse engineer it, or circumvent technical or plan limits.

5. Your content and retrieved data

You keep ownership of the objectives, prompts, configurations and retrieved data in your workspace, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to retrieve, store and use the content you instruct us to fetch, and for how you use the results. Rights holders may contact support@tayaprofetch.com to request removal of indexed material; we act on valid requests and may suspend accounts that infringe repeatedly.

6. AI outputs and accuracy

Extraction, summaries and agent facts are produced by automated models. They may be incomplete or wrong, even when a source is cited. Verify outputs before relying on them, and do not use them as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. We may filter, refuse or moderate requests and outputs.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in TayaproFetch — its software, indexes, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

8. Payment, credits and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Credits purchased in packs stack with any existing balance. Monthly plans add their credit allowance on each successful renewal. If a plan is cancelled or expires, credits already granted remain available.

9. Service levels

We work to keep TayaproFetch available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party sites may block, rate-limit or change at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your access ends; on request within 30 days we will provide an export of your stored datasets before deletion.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful or unauthorised retrieval, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Benoit Tano is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
